Hi, I’m Sarah—a certified breathwork facilitator, somatic coach, and executive well-being expert.

After decades of high-achievement and burnout, I finally learned to lead from my body—not just my mind.

I created The Breathe Aligned Retreat™ as the sacred space I wish I had when I was silently struggling. It’s my mission to help women like you reset, realign, and remember who you are. This isn’t just a retreat. It’s your return.

My Story

Before becoming a Health & Wellness expert, I spent 20 years in oncology as a healthcare clinician and consultant. I was constantly giving—working overtime, supporting friends and family, and putting everyone’s needs before my own.

The result? Complete burnout.

Stress was hiding in plain sight, and in 2007, my body couldn’t take it anymore. Health issues, debilitating symptoms, surgeries, and strict diets became my reality.

 

The culprit? Chronic stress.

The “funny” part? I didn’t even realize I was stressed!

 

My nonstop pace and relentless pressure felt normal—but it wasn’t.

Now, I prioritize what truly matters: my health, happiness, and being a strong example for my daughter.

With my clients, I bring the same focus—with a light-hearted approach.
